If you receive a "Please log in" message in the Lusha plugin while on a profile page even though you are already logged in, please do the following:

Step 1:

Log out of your Lusha account and log back in.

To do so, click on your name in the top right corner of your Dashboard and select "Logout":

Step 2:

You will be redirected to the Login page.

Fill in your Email and Password and click "Login":

Step 3:

Try visiting a LinkedIn profile page to see if the Lusha plugin works properly.

If the issue was not resolved, please go to chrome://settings/content/cookies and make sure the "Block third party cookies" option is turned off.

Try visiting a LinkedIn profile page to see if the Lusha plugin works properly.

If the issue was not resolved, it might be possible that a different plugin is interrupting our service.

Please go to Chrome://extensions and disable (not delete) all other plugins.

Refresh the LinkedIn profile page to make sure you're getting results.
