I invited users but they do not appear in my account

Users must accept the email invitation before they are added to an account.

Due to new security standards, a user will become a member of your team only after accepting the invite by clicking on the link in the invite email.

If they have not received the email, please ask them to check their spam folder.

If the invitee is not a registered Lusha user yet, they must sign up before they can join your account.

A Lusha user can be a member of only one team at a time.

Therefore, if you have invited a user who is already a member of another team, by accepting the invite this user will join your team and will be removed from the previous team.

Also, a user will not be able to accept an invite if he is already an admin on an active account.
